Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are good for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may change based on material costs, site conditions discovered during the project, or changes to the scope of work requested by the customer.

Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins. You are not obligated to proceed with any service until you accept our written quote.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in your service agreement. Typical payment structure includes a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by Tennessee law.

Project Timeline

We will provide an estimated timeline for your project. While we make every effort to complete work on schedule, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site issues. We will communicate any delays promptly.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with industry-standard warranties. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Warranties cover workmanship defects but do not cover damage from improper use, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area, securing any necessary permits or HOA approvals, and marking any underground utilities. You must also inform us of any site conditions that may affect the work.

Cancellation and Changes

You may cancel services before work begins with written notice. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or crews scheduled. Changes to the scope of work during the project may result in additional charges.

Liability

MJC Mount Juliet Concrete carries appropriate insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked or disclosed.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our services, please contact us directly so we can work to resolve the issue. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
